I love all aspects of portrait photography, whether on the beach, in the studio, personal, editorial or walking the streets of some far-flung distant land. The method is always the same.
I take a casual approach connecting with the subject, if even for a moment and to capture the essence of the subject when he, she, or they are relaxed, unguarded and themselves. I’m startled at times with just how trusting people seem to be with me so I guess I’m unobtrusive.
